Terms and Conditions
1. Agency Role
All About You Premier Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor and booking agent for third‑party suppliers including, but not limited to, airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers ("Suppliers"). I do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and am not liable for their actions, omissions, or failures to perform services.
2. Planning & Consultation Fees
Planning and consultation fees compensate for professional time, research, itinerary design, and supplier coordination.
All planning fees are non‑refundable once research or itinerary preparation has begun.
Fees do not represent payment toward travel components unless explicitly stated. Travel products purchased through Suppliers remain subject to Supplier terms and conditions.
3. Pricing & Availability
Travel pricing and availability are controlled by Suppliers and may change at any time prior to booking confirmation and payment. All quoted prices are subject to change until deposit or full payment is processed and confirmed by the Supplier.
4. Deposits & Final Payments
Deposits and final payment deadlines are determined by each Supplier. Failure to make payments by the Supplier’s deadlines may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payments according to Supplier policies.
5. Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations and changes are subject to the policies of the individual Supplier. Penalties, fees, and non‑refundable amounts may apply. All About You Premier Travel is not responsible for Supplier cancellation penalties.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Declining insurance means you accept financial responsibility for cancellation penalties, interruptions, delays, medical events, and unforeseen circumstances.
7. Documentation Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other entry documentation required by destinations. I am not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
8. Supplier Responsibility & Force Majeure
All About You Premier Travel is not liable for acts of God, weather events, natural disasters, mechanical failure, government actions, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, or any event beyond our control that impacts travel services.
9. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you certify that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to all Supplier and agency terms and conditions.
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact All About You Premier Travel prior to filing a chargeback so I may attempt resolution. Chargebacks filed for services already rendered, planning services, or acknowledged Supplier penalties may be disputed with supporting documentation.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of planning fees, deposits, or travel reservations constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all Supplier terms associated with your booking.
